You're Pregnant!

The thought of missing that "time of the month" can be nerve wrecking. I know it was for me. Before I missed my period I took extra precautions to make sure I wasn't. I know you're thinking, "well, how the hell do you do that?" Well, it is simple, if you're not pregnant, most people miss there period if they're stressed, miscalculated their cycle, or they have a hormonal imbalance (I am no doctor! Feel free to ask your primary care doctor or go on www.webmd.com for questions relating menstrual cycles.). With that being said, I first tried to destress myself. Cleaning usually helps me to unwind and level out, so I decided to deep clean my entire room, from the main bedroom to the huge walk-in closet and even the bathroom inside of that. Unfortunately, my endeavors were unsuccessful (uggghhh!) and I spent the next couple of days trying to remember when my last menstrual period was.

Realizing I wasn't calculating anything wrong, my mind started to free-fall. I started thinking, Oh my God! What if I'm pregnant or what if my endometriosis flared up again. I knew my period had to start soon, I was having menstrual symptoms from cramping and breast tenderness. But nonetheless I decided to take a home pregnancy test. I go to Walgreens and am outraged by the prices of these HPT's and I jokingly tell my friend "At these prices, I better be pregnant!"
